DewinFit provides online personal coaching, customized training programs, meal plans, and progress tracking. All programs are designed based on the information you provide. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
2. Health Disclaimer
Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You assume all risks associated with physical activity and dietary changes. DewinFit is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in our programs.
3. Payments & Refunds
All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or program basis as agreed upon at sign-up. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your coaching program at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Contact your coach or email support to cancel.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including training programs, meal plans, logos, images, text, and design — is the exclusive property of DewinFit and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You will not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate service for any user who violates these terms.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
